Original jigsaw puzzles from Trefl, Ravensburger, Clementoni and more, painting by numbers and diamond painting kits, building blocks, scratch art and puzzle accessories.

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery: you pay when your order arrives.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver all over Egypt: about 4 days in Cairo and 7 days to other governorates. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return or exchange a product?

If a product arrives damaged in shipping, refuse it on delivery. Products defective due to manufacturing can be replaced within three days of delivery. Details are in our Refunds & Returns policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it is delivered. See our Cancellation Policy.

How do I create an account?

Register on the My account page, or during checkout.

I can't open my account. What should I do?
